Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada and Australia.

Shipping rates

Standard Tracked Shipping: $3.00
Free Tracked Shipping on orders of $35 or more (after discounts)

How long it takes

Processing: orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Delivery: usually 7–12 business days after your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren't guaranteed, especially around holidays.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show its first update.

Multiple packages

If you order several pieces, they may arrive in separate packages. Each package has its own tracking number.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us at hello@fawnandfang.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us within 12 hours of placing your order. We can't change an address once the order has shipped.
